The Snowcrest Heights Improvement Association (SHIA) is a volunteer-run membership organization that provides and maintains water service to selected private lots and US Forest Service Special Use Permit cabins from near Icehouse Canyon Road up to the Mt. Baldy Ski Lifts in San Antonio Canyon. On behalf of the membership, SHIA also regularly interacts with other external organizations, such as the US Forest Service, the San Bernardino County Supervisor’s office, and Mt. Baldy Town Hall, on matters of mutual interest.
